How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

All patients registering with the practice are able to see the practice nurse for a brief medical check-up. The check-up allows us to familiarise ourselves with your past medical history and any current medical problems you may have. It also allows you to ask any questions you may have about the practice and the services that we offer.
You will appreciate that it can take a few weeks for us to receive your records from your previous doctor, and it is important that we know of any significant history or problem that you may be suffering from.

How Do I.... Change My Details?

Please help us to keep our records up to date by letting us know if you change your name, address or telephone number including your mobile number. If you move house please check with us whether your new home is still within our practice area.
